How do you guarantee that employees are safe to work with children?
The Department of Social Services requires that all licensed child care centers conduct background checks on all of their employees. Background checks include SLED/FBI, Central Registry Check, Health Assessment, and a TB Check.
How do you keep information confidential? 
We have a confidentiality policy in place that both employees and parents sign. Our policy strictly protects children and families information. We have a zero tolerance policy if confidential information is inappropriately released. 
Will teachers share information with parents about their child's development?
Do you accept drop-ins?
Are tuition payments due weekly and what are the payment options?
We will schedule three parent-teacher conferences a year to stay on top of your child's development, progress, and/or challenges. Parent's will also have access to the ASQ-3 assessment tool online. 
Tuition payments are due on Mondays of each week. Parents are welcome to pay weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Payments can be made at the front office or online.
Drop-ins are welcome to attend based on daily and classroom availability. A notice must be provided by noon on the day prior to dropping in. The drop-in rate is $30.00 per day, per child.
